I’ve kept all ideas gender-neutral and tried to avoid assuming that only two characters will be involved, so you can easily insert characters from a polycule.

1. The town is famed for their natural magical spa, where anyone can go for a quick sauna trip. A lack of towels doesn’t bother one character, but other patrons struggle to avert their eyes.
2. A near-drowning incident results in a merperson saving the life of someone else, who is embarrassed to have needed saving in the first place.
